Durham College

Durham College is a highly regarded and comprehensive post-secondary institution serving a regional population base of over 600,000 in south central Ontario and abroad. DC operates four campuses, one in Oshawa, and others in Whitby, Uxbridge and Port Hope. Durham College is one of the fastest growing campuses in the country with full time students at Durham College totalling over 7,000 today with growth expected to reach 10,000 by the year 2015-16.

Durham College takes great pride in its Varsity Programs and is especially proud of its Men’s Basketball program. Our men’s basketball team has enjoyed Provincial and National success over the years, including winning the CCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship in 1997. The College is undergoing major expansion, as you will see from the cranes on campus. More recently added was our new 100,000 sq ft. Campus Recreation & Wellness Centre, host site for the 2011 CCAA National Championship. Additional athletic facilities are planned for the future. Durham College is the favorite post secondary choice in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
